  • 🤝 Collaboration: You'll collaborate with our case supervisors and BCBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.
  • 📊 Data-Driven Impact: Utilize data collection during learning sessions to track client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  • 🌱 Empowerment: Your role will involve fostering self-advocacy in our learner, helping them achieve their goals and create enriching lifestyles.
  • 🤗 Team Spirit: Embrace a collaborative approach within the client's circle of influence to ensure comprehensive care.

  • 🎯 Minimum age of 18
  • 🚗 Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • 🕵️ Willingness to undergo a background check
  • 🏃 Physical capability to match the energy of our clients
  • 🩹 PR/First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain it
  • 📜 Willingness to complete Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training & State applicable license (Licensure in some states is required; we'll provide support for licensure as applicable)
  • 🎓 High school diploma
