The candidate shall be responsible for performing a wide array of warehouse jobs. Duties include: incoming receipt and inspection; stock inventoried materials on shelves; and pick materials for production orders per GMP operation requirement; perform cycle counts and assist in reconciling discrepancies; coordinate large (pallet) shipments of materials through receiving and distribution phases; package and ship products; and assist other warehousing tasks as assigned.
The candidate shall be required to effectively interface with all levels of internal staff including PD/QC/QA, GMP team, procurement, and external suppliers.
Primary Responsibilities
Stock inventoried materials on shelves; and pick materials for production orders; perform cycle counts and assist in reconciling discrepancies, package and ship products; and assist other warehousing tasks as assigned
Basic Qualifications
  • Prior relevant work experience such as warehouse management.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel.
  • Know how to use lifting equipment.
  • Ability to manage multiple activities in parallel.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet strict deadlines.
  • Attention to detail is critical.
  • Ability work through issues with all levels of team members
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds, to stand for prolonged periods, and to climb ladders to pull inventory from shelves.
  • Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 2 – 4 years of prior relevant experience.
