Marketing Specialist

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university in Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience with Adobe Suite, Canva, and WordPress.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promotes, executes, and adheres to the company’s safety program.

• Creates graphic design elements for social media, event invitations, and publication ads by using Adobe Suite, Canva, and other design platforms.

• Creates social media content for Sealevel Construction and affiliated companies by coordinating with Marketing Manager and staff of the respective companies bi-weekly or monthly.
• Researches and makes orders for promotional items, apparel, and marketing supplies (price comparison and quality products).
• Visits construction sites as needed for promotional content.
• Assists with maintaining website updates and developing new content.
• Assists the Marketing Manager with proofreading.
• Assists with coordinating and attending Sealevel events.
• Coordinates with new employees to install email signatures, order shirts, headshots and business cards, etc.

• Assists with the production of the semi-annual internal newsletter.
• Performs video/picture taking and editing tasks.
• Edits brochures and external communications as needed.
• Ensures all performance cutsheets and resumes are up to date with consistent design.
• Performs other duties as required based on company’s needs.
