We are seeking a highly skilled Computer Numerical Control Programmer (CNC Programmer) to join our team. As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and components.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and write programs for CNC machines based on engineering drawings and specifications.
2. Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts in accordance with quality standards.
3. Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
4. Collaborate with engineers and designers to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
5. Conduct quality checks on finished parts to ensure they meet the required specifications.
6. Train and mentor junior CNC operators on programming and operating CNC machines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Computer Numerical Control Programmer (CNC Programmer) in a manufacturing environment.
