The Role:

As a Maintenance Technician at Pinnacle Lodging, you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing our facilities and equipment. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting preventative maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and performing repairs to minimize downtime and ensure a safe working environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance tasks according to established schedules.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
  • Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components using hand and power tools.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
  • Collaborate with other team members to coordinate maintenance efforts and minimize disruptions to operations.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.


Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills.
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
  • Solid understanding of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and painting
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

  • Compensation starts at $26/hour based on experience and skill level.
  • 4-day work weeks.
  • 3 weeks of Annual Paid Time Off.
