We are looking for a Journeyman Plumber to join our residential service and install plumbing team This position will oversee and train a helper while working. Potential annual earnings $100K +

Job Title: Lead Residential Plumber

Work hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm, with occasional overtime

Pay Range: Up to $40.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs. Earning potential $100K +

What you will be doing:

• Residential Service and Install plumbing
• Responsible for the major installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing and heating systems
• Work involves performance of skilled plumbing tasks in maintaining, repairing, and servicing a variety of fixtures and equipment
• Routine maintenance, service, and repair work or performed independently
• Using plumbing snakes, augers, drills, saws, hammers, measuring tape, levels and screwdrivers.
• Training/supervising apprentices
• Consulting with customer and give solutions that are beneficial for customer as well as company

Qualifications:

• Current valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 4 + years' experience in residential plumbing
• Journeyman Plumbers License or ready to take Journeyman plumbing license
• Experience training and supervise others
• Experience with both service and installation plumbing
• Ability to handle the physical workload and perform physical labor for extended periods of time
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Willing to work in all types of weather
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pass Background check & Drug Screen
