Job Summary:


We are seeking a skilled CT Tech to join our team. In this role, you will perform Radiology and CAT scan procedures under the direction of a Radiologist, ensuring high-quality care for patients across all age groups, from neonates to geriatrics. You will be expected to operate independently, using your judgment, ingenuity, and initiative to deliver precise imaging services. This position is available with various shift options, including weekends and weekdays, and offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus.


Essential Functions:

  • Perform Radiology and CT scan procedures with minimal supervision, ensuring the highest quality imaging.
  • Prioritize patient care, ensuring the patient is always the primary focus.
  • Apply independent judgment in performing a variety of technical procedures that involve the use of ionizing radiation.
  • Conduct examinations on patients of various ages, ensuring appropriate techniques are used for each age group.
  • Maintain responsibility for designated areas or procedures, adhering to established protocols and safety standards.


Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • At least 1 year of CT experience preferred.
  • Acute care experience is required for FSED opportunities.
  • Certifications:
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required within 30 days of employment.
  • Registered Radiographer (ARRT) (R) & (CT) registry preferred.
  • Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist.
  • Education: Graduate from an accredited Radiology Technology School.
