We are seeking a meticulous Boat Washer/Detailer to join our team and maintain the pristine appearance of our clients' vessels. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a passion for ensuring each boat shines both inside and out.

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform thorough cleaning of boat interiors and exteriors, including hulls, decks, cabins, and compartments.
  2. Use specialized cleaning products and equipment to remove dirt, grime, and salt residue while protecting delicate surfaces.
  3. Inspect boats for any damages or maintenance issues and report findings to management.
  4. Polish and wax boat surfaces to restore and maintain their shine and protect against environmental damage.
  5. Clean and maintain boat accessories such as windows, hatches, and metal fittings.
  6. Vacuum and shampoo carpets, upholstery, and other soft surfaces as needed.
  7. Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of cleaning equipment and supplies.
  8. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate cleaning schedules and ensure customer satisfaction.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall operations of the boat detailing department.

Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in boat detailing, automotive detailing, or a related field preferred.
  2. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
  3. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  4. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and work in outdoor environments.
  5. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment used in boat detailing.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
