We are looking for an experienced Restoration Technician to join our team You will be making an impact each day by responding to customer needs for Water and Fire Restoration jobs. This includes the completion of drying, demolition, and other restoration activities.

You are IICRC certified with meaningful previous experience in cleaning/restoration. You hold yourself to a high standard and care deeply about the quality of your work and its impact on customers and your team.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform restoration process per IICRC guidelines
  • Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipment
  • Prepare rooms/areas for work activities
  • Complete mitigation/remediation activities and haul out debris
  • Leave the job site with a clean and orderly appearance
  • Communicate clearly & openly with customers and RestoPros team members
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma/GED IICRC certification(s)
  • Valid drivers license
  • Background check required
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Ability and willingness to work after-hours on night and weekends if required (bonus pay available)
  • Customer service skills
  • Experience serving commercial properties preferred
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
  • Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
  • Ability to travel locally regularly
