The Dent Co is looking for a full-time Auto Body Technician to join our hardworking staff in Valley Park, MO.

One way our shop ensures our Auto Body Technicians feel valued is by providing competitive hourly pay of $30-$35, depending on experience. We also offer the following benefits but are in the process of adding more

ABOUT THIS ROLE

When you join our auto repair shop, you can work a flexible Monday - Friday schedule while typically working an 8 am -5 pm flag time.

As an Auto Body Technician, you spend your morning assessing vehicles, planning your repair strategy, and prepping your workspace. You meticulously repair dents, using advanced tools and techniques, ensuring each car looks as good as new. Before you know it, it's the end of another productive day, and you leave with a sense of accomplishment, knowing you've made a difference for each customer.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN AUTO BODY TECHNICIAN

Our auto repair shop is searching for someone who is dedicated and passionate about working on cars. You might be perfect for this automotive body position if you can also meet the following qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in body work
  • Valid driver's license
  • Clean driving record
  • Personal tools
  • Willingness to grow with the company (preferred)
  • Creativity while not having the highest tech equipment while the company is growing (preferred)
  • iCar certification (preferred)
