As a Purchasing Associate (also known as Procurement Specialist, Sourcing Coordinator), your main responsibilities will include managing daily purchasing activities, sourcing raw materials/finished goods, negotiating with suppliers, processing dropship requests, and maintaining vendor certifications. You will also be expected to communicate effectively across departments and ensure compliance with quality systems and safety regulations.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

  • Proficiency in Oracle/ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and various databases.
  • Experience in commodity purchasing and customer service.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
