Job Description: As a Special Education Teacher with Bridgeline Staffing, you will play a vital role in providing support and instruction to students with diverse learning needs. You will collaborate with a dedicated team of educators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), facilitate inclusive classroom environments, and ensure that students receive the necessary accommodations and modifications to succeed academically and socially.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers to provide appropriate accommodations and modifications in inclusive classrooms
• Provide specialized instruction and support to students, ensuring their academic and social progress
• Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to engage students with diverse learning styles

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Valid Massachusetts teaching license in Special Education
• Prior experience working with students with diverse learning needs, preferably in a school setting
