What You Would Do

Lead and develop our warehouse staff
Ensure needed inventory levels
Ensure inventory is received and stored in an efficient and economical manner
Maintain warehouse to showroom level
Improve warehouse operations by determining product handling and storage requirements, developing, implementing, enforcing and evaluating policies and procedures for receiving product, equipment utilization, and inventory management
Oversee the companys tool inventory program, including negotiation with vendors, ordering, storage, and maintenance
Confer with department managers to ensure coordination of warehouse activities with various departments
Ensure our production crews have a remarkable internal customer service experience

What We Need for this Role

1+ year of warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience
Knowledge of purchase techniques and guidelines
Effective communication skills
Effective computer skills
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds, walk, crawl, and climb a ladder
