Job DescriptionJob Description- Job Title: ServiceNow Admin
- Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid Onsite)
- Job Type: Contractual
- Duration: 12+ Months
- Rate: $65/hr C2C
- Responsibilities include administrating the ServiceNow platform, creating governance standards, validating stakeholder data and creating relevant documentation.
- Additional tasks involve operational administration, assisting with report creation, working with the Asset Manager and Senior ServiceNow Engineer to create data governance processes.
- Will be responsible for identifying deprecated data or functionality and planning for its removal.
- Will ensure new integrations adhere to data governance standards and track platform licensing usage for compliance.
- Qualifications include ServiceNow System Administrator certification, 3 years of ServiceNow Administration experience, good working knowledge of ServiceNow base tables and relationships, CMDB, CI relationship and ITSM module knowledge.
- Candidate should have knowledge of ServiceNow licensing and subscription models, ability to collaborate with stakeholders for data governance processes, ability to present ServiceNow knowledge and best practices to stakeholders, and knowledge of LDAP and Active Directory structure.
