Job description:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 12+Years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in creating and executing detailed test plans and test cases.
• Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
• Execute manual test cases on various applications to identify defects and ensure quality.
• Perform different types of testing including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems and applications.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, EHR, EMR).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills when working with other teams, providing feature documentation, and providing product demonstrations to larger audiences
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
