About the Role

As a Data Analyst Engineer at Finfare, you will play a pivotal role in monitoring, tracking, and developing enterprise-wide metrics to drive Finfare's product and business strategies. The Data Analyst will work closely with the Data Team to elicit reporting needs, serve as the go-to person to design and implement important metrics for verticals, and build enterprise-level dashboards.

We are seeking a proactive and adaptable individual who is creative, can connect the dots across verticals, and an expert in data storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and communicate with key stakeholders
  • Perform data Analysis to identify key metrics and trends.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to inform business strategy.
  • Ensure data visualization is clear and accessible for stakeholders.
  • Fulfill ad hoc reporting requests and other projects
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 4+ Years of experience
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL
  • Expertise in Tableau and building dashboards
  • Advanced knowledge of Snowflake
  • Understanding of general data management practices
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Background in FinTech a plus but not required

  • Previous experience in a fintech or data-intensive industry.
  • Knowledge of data security best practices and data governance.
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies and techniques.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $90k - 130k (depending on experience).
