The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking passionate and experienced BCBAs to join our team in New Port Richey, FL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while enjoying a supportive and collaborative work environment. The BCBA will play a pivotal role in conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and providing supervision and training to our team of RBTs. We are invested in providing opportunities for our analysts to grow professionally and move their careers beyond the BCBA role.  There are opportunities for advanced positions such as clinical supervisor or team lead, and we are open to advancement through developing a new site or area.  We want you to grow with us



What You’ll Do:

- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.

- Provide supervision and training to RBTs and support staff.

- Implement evidence-based interventions and monitor client progress.

- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care.

- Work in both public and private schools in the Pasco-Hernando region.


BCBA Resources:

- Participate in the Peer-BCBA program designed for new BCBAs.

- Receive guidance from a Clinical Supervisor for assistance with plan development and managing pends/denials.

- Work with the Director and Assistant Directors for support with caseload development and coordination.
