Job DescriptionJob DescriptionHR Payroll Specialist New Opening Get Hired Today Job Duties:
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable accounts using various software programs.
  • Generate and distribute paper checks and EFT deposits
  • Create wage templates in foundation accounting Sofware
  • Compare federal and state prevailing wages to determine correct project wages
  • Perform other assigned duties
  • Washington State Law Knowledge
  • Affidavits Backgrounds
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Systems, QuickBooks, Excel & Accounts Receivable/Payable.
