Service Supervisor Opportunity Summary:

As a Service Supervisor at W.W. Williams, you will be responsible for organizing workflow to meet and exceed customer expectations and arranging work to accomplish departmental objectives by completing repair orders in a timely and accurate manner. Plans, staffs, and evaluates departmental priorities to ensure that technicians work together cohesively and are accountable for assigned tasks. Maintain a schedule to aid in the timely completion of work installations and service work. The Service Supervisor ensures all work scheduled is performed safely and to the customer's satisfaction. Compensation is negotiable based on experience and skills.

Job Duties:

  • Delivers exceptional service by focusing on quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving customer service issues; identifying trends; recommending systems and improvements.
  • Assign parts and labor costs correctly for customers involving warranty processes.
  • Maintains staff by training employees, maintaining a safe, secure, and engaged work environment, and developing personal growth opportunities.
  • Develops staff by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and instructing employees; developing, coordinating, and administering policies, procedures, and productivity standards.

Work Experience & Qualifications:

  • Our ideal candidate would have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a heavy truck/fleet dealership or shop environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge
  • Communicates effectively either written or verbally.
  • Computer and software skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
