Role: AR Specialist

Location: Coatesville, PA

Pay: $23 - $27 / hour

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily processing of customer invoicing including data entry into ERP system and generate distribution of customer invoices
  • Sort, organize, review and validate daily shipping paperwork in order to accurately generate customer billing
  • Maintain files for all revenue reporting and invoicing with proper supporting documentation
  • Run reconciliation reports and resolve discrepancies
  • Assists with customer collection efforts via telephone and e-mail correspondence
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close duties
  • Participate in physical inventory process
  • Perform collection activities as needed

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of AR or Billing experience
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • System: Excel
