WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS

Imagine a day where you play a direct role in helping children with autism develop their skills and reach their full potential. Your mornings and afternoons are spent in their natural environment, providing a supportive and fun atmosphere. Collaborating with parents and other personnel, you develop individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to each child's needs. Diligently collecting and recording data, you assist behavior analysts with assessments and skills acquisition. Your patience and positive attitude create a nurturing environment, helping children feel comfortable and learn more effectively. You are fulfilled by helping children with autism reach their targets and increase their skills


OUR IDEAL BEHAVIORAL THERAPIST - BT

We're looking for a Behavioral Therapist - BT who can work a full-time flexible schedule with morning and afternoon appointments. Some days may be longer than others, with approximately 80% of cases scheduled in the afternoon. Occasionally, sessions may occur during school hours in a school setting.

Our ideal candidate can also meet the following requirements:

  • Behavior therapist with the completion of an ABA 40-hour course
