Position Summary: We are seeking reliable and caring In-Home Caregivers to provide exceptional support to our clients in Hastings, MI. In this role, you will deliver essential care and companionship, helping clients with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and safety.

Responsibilities Include:


  • Assist with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Perform household tasks including meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry.
  • Offer emotional support and engage clients in social activities.
  • Monitor health conditions and communicate any changes to the care manager.
  • Provide medication assistance and support with mobility.
Requirements:


  • Experience in caregiving or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Kind, patient, and empathetic with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to perform physical duties and adapt to various care needs.
  • Dependable and dedicated to delivering high-quality care.
  • Background check clearance and a valid drivers license required.
