Location: Hybrid – Local to Syracuse, NY

Job Type: Full-time, Contract

Comp: $50,000/yr for 12 months

 

Job Summary: Living Mulch, a certified minority-owned business based in Syracuse, NY, is preparing a proposal for a significant contract involving the relocation of two New York municipal departments. We are seeking an Asset Management Specialist who will conduct inventory assessments, determine which items can be moved or replaced, and work closely with the Operations Consultant to help with the relocation of the Municipal building to another building. The contract is initially for a guaranteed 12 month period with a strong likelihood for extension.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inventory assessments.
  • Determine the condition and usability of items.
  • Develop plans for moving or replacing items.
  • Coordinate closely with the Operations Consultant and Logistics Coordinator.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Inventory Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management or logistics.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
