Full-Time Cook Location: Keene, NH Hours: 40 hours per week; variety of shifts Employment Type: Full-Time, benefited

Your Role: As a Cook at Cedarcrest, you will play a vital role in creating nutritious and appetizing meals for our young residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and cooking meals that meet the dietary requirements of our children.
  • Ensuring that meals are visually appealing and delicious.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen area.
  • Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Collaborating with our dedicated team to meet the unique dietary needs of our residents.

What We're Looking For: To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience in a culinary role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • SERVSAFE certification or willingness to become certified within six months after hire.
  • Knowledge of dietary restrictions and special dietary needs including textures.
  • A passion for cooking and a creative approach to meal preparation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
