Job Summary: The Clinical Director will oversee the clinical operations of our ABA center, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and the implementation of effective treatment plans. This role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and a passion for improving the lives of children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the clinical operations of the ABA center, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans for clients, based on evidence-based practices in ABA.
- Supervise and provide ongoing support and training to a team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and other clinical staff.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each client's treatment.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and other necessary records.
- Stay current with developments in the field of ABA and autism treatment, incorporating new research and techniques into the program.
- Ensure a positive and supportive environment for both clients and staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Participate in outreach and community engagement activities to promote the center's services and build relationships with referral sources.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ABA therapy, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong clinical skills in ABA, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and professionals from diverse backgrounds.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a center-based ABA program.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and data collection software.
- Additional certifications or training in related areas (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder, Early Intervention).
