As a Lead Tool Maker (also known as Senior Machinist, Tool and Die Specialist), you'll support the design, build, refurbishment, and reverse engineering of plastic injection molds. You'll work closely with project leaders, provide mentorship to our team of Tool Makers, and maintain a safe working environment. Your role will also involve analyzing specifications, setting up and operating machine tools, fitting and assembling parts to fabricate and repair metalworking dies, and leading plastic injection mold build through all stages.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of work experience directly related to Plastic Injection Molds.
  • Journeyman Tool & Die Maker certification/degree.
  • Proficiency in Tool/Die/Mold Repair Skills, Tool/Die/Mold Setup Experience, Injection Molding Experience, and Blueprint Reading.
