Job Description:


As a Painter at Prime Luxury, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, responsible for elevating the aesthetic appeal of our projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing surfaces meticulously by cleaning, scraping, and sanding to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
  • Applying paint or finishes to a variety of surfaces, including walls, ceilings, doors, and trim, using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
  • Expertly mixing and matching paint colors to achieve the desired shade and texture.
  • Adhering to safety guidelines and procedures throughout the painting process.
  • Skillfully repairing and patching any imperfections or damage on surfaces before applying paint.
  • Collaborating effectively with other team members to ensure timely project completion and maintain quality standards.
  • Organizing and maintaining painting tools and equipment.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Painter in a professional setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and equipment.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines.
  • Physical stamina and capability to work in various conditions, including standing for extended periods and lifting heavy equipment.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and a willingness to strictly adhere to them.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certification in painting or a related field is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
