Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of general Dynamics development experience.
  • 4+ years of designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting Dynamics CRM.
  • 5+ years of designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting SharePoint Online.
  • 5+ years of designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting MSFT PowerApps applications.
  • Web technologies development experience (JS, CSS, HTML, XML)
  • Experience with API/REST web services and data sources.
  • Experience with structured development lifecycles and technical documentation.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Beneficial Skills (But Not Required):
  • Previous experience with Learning Management Software projects, integrations, or initiatives is a plus
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of Agile and SCRUM Methodology.
  • Experience with unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).
  • Understanding of version control systems, notably Git.
  • Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate).
  • Experience with Product Management and/or Health & Human Services Projects.
  • Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • Knowledge of North52 and Delphix.
  • Previous experience working on large-scale transformation projects.
  • Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Certified ScrumMaster).
