Hansen Talent Group is hiring an IS Security Risk Analyst II to work with a large enterprise in Columbia, SC. This is a hybrid opportunity and will require 1-2 days onsite/week.

This role is part of the Risk and Compliance team which ensures the enterprise is following all guidelines set in place. They raise awareness if we are at risk based on vulnerability findings, are ensure we compliant with the controls identified for the LOB in question (Tricare, Medicare, and etc. They review security reports to ensure we are headed in the right direction and if not escalating to the proper channels for visibility.

Duties:

  • Perform compliance and risk assessment activities for information systems and related processes.
  • Communicate and escalate compliance and risk issues to the appropriate department.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of System Development Life Cycle methodologies.
  • Good understanding of risk management, information system security and compliance standards. Proven analytical skills.
  • Strong written, verbal and diplomacy skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timeliness.
  • Ability to multi-task. Ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Preferred Licenses and Certificates:

ISC2 Certified Authorization Professional (CAP).
