Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and cost
  • Report job status and updates to the Director of Project Management, clients, top management, and other stakeholders
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all other stakeholders
  • Perform risk management analysis
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Meeting with top management and clients to identify project requirements, delivery, timelines, and other due dates
  • Monitor project performance to ensure timely delivery
  • Work effectively with relevant stakeholders for efficient project implementation
  • Develop excellent leadership, customer relations, and communication skills to liaise effectively with all project stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of project management experience (Required)
  • Extensive experience working in a project management setting in the sign industry (Strongly preferred)
  • PMP, CMP, or other certificate in project management (Preferred)
