The Role: We are thrilled to extend a career-enhancing opportunity for a Full Time Occupational Therapist to join our supportive team at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Fox Chase, Pa. This role is perfect for new graduates or students on the cusp of graduation and licensure, passionate about making a significant impact in our patients' lives.
Your Impact:
- Provide occupational therapy services as prescribed by physicians.
- Aid in developing adaptive skills in individuals with physical disabilities and related psychological or cognitive impairments.
- Focus on maximizing independence and preventing further disability.
- Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and ensure the quality and safety of rehabilitation services.
- Adhere to all Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
About You:
- Licensed or eligible for licensure by the State Board of Occupational Therapy in the state in which you are practicing.
