We are always looking for enthusiastic, passionate team members We are a dental practice that treats patients of all ages. Currently, we are searching for full time Patient Care Coordinators (PCC). We have a strong team and our motto is No Stress, No Drama Best of all, there is NO EXPERIENCE needed and we provide 100% fully paid training
Training will be completed at our Brooklyn Park clinic.

-Typically, our high performing team members get promoted to the next level within 3-6 months.

Compensation:

- Starting pay of $16 We have incremental pay up to $18.50 and unlimited bonus on top of that

- Pay is based on portrayed skill length, not length of time at any company or experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls
  • Schedule appointments appropriately
  • Verify all insurance as needed via online or phone
  • Contact patients as necessary for follow up appointments

These are the main roles. All of this is completed in a team environment CLD team members are patient and organized in order to smoothly sort out potential obstacles in a timely manner, creating a calm environment for the patients, the team and yourself
