Press Operator Assistant

PrintsWell is a manufacturer that fulfills orders of personalized stationery across the country. The company is looking for energetic and teachable candidates to join our team.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a full-time, seasonal Press Operator Assistant. In this role as a Print Production Specialist and Machine Operator, you'll assist in the operation of an industrial Canon VPIX3200 machine, ensuring top-notch print production

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Run print jobs using our software keeping the press schedule
  • Prepping paper for printing, choosing and loading the correct paper
  • Change and clean tissue ribbons
  • Fluids and ink management
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring the machine is in optimal condition

Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time and able to lift at least 60lbs
  • Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow directions is critical
  • Previous pressroom experience is a plus

Working Environment

  • Climate controlled facility that provides a comfortable working environment
