Our Real Estate Education Company is seeking a sales closer who has sold coaching programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and closing sales of our coaching packages to prospective clients. The Sales Closer will work closely with our Marketing and Customer Service teams to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support throughout the sales process.

Experience (preferred or required):


  • Associate’s degree in business/sales or related field preferred but not a deciding factor

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or coaching industry preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to close sales and meet or exceed sales targets required

  • Highly organized, ability to follow processes, great communication skills required

  • Technology driven & ability to learn quickly required

  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage sales activities and customer interactions required

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team required

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office/Google Suite required

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to generate interest in our coaching packages

  • Schedule and conduct sales meetings with interested clients to discuss their needs and provide information about our coaching packages

  • Effectively communicate the benefits and value of our coaching packages to potential clients, and address any objections or concerns they may have

  • Collaborate with our Marketing team to develop targeted outreach campaigns that drive new business

  • Work closely with our Customer Service/Fulfillment team to ensure that clients receive exceptional support and service throughout the sales process

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including customer interactions and sales transactions

  • Answer/return/follow up phone calls and emails in a timely manner

  • Must be driven and have a growth mindset

  • Willing to learn the industry and help us maintain and grow our marketplace position

  • Attend business meetings and trainings as required

  • Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned


Position Requirements and Skills:


  • Coaching and/or teaching experience preferred

  • Business and/or sales experience preferred (with a proven track record)
