Key Responsibilities:
- Basic Maintenance: Perform essential plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks to keep our facilities in peak condition.
- Repair and Maintenance: Tackle daily maintenance needs and small equipment repairs with efficiency and precision.
- General Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance tasks on equipment and machines, ensuring optimal performance.
- Facility Upkeep: Clean windows, pavements, and exterior surfaces, and apply paint or stain as needed.
- Carpentry: Perform basic carpentry tasks, such as building shelves and installing cabinets.
- Miscellaneous Tasks: Take on additional installation, repair, and maintenance duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years as a maintenance technician is a plus but not required.
- License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
- Tools: Comfortable using hand and power tools.
- Physical Ability: Able to sit, stand, kneel, lift, and climb ladders.
- Technical Skills: Perform basic mathematical calculations and convert measurements.
- Attributes: Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
- Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Friendly and personable.
