Your Role: As a Facility Maintenance Technician, you'll be the go-to expert for all things maintenance. You'll handle a wide range of tasks, from basic repairs to routine maintenance, ensuring that our facilities are always in top condition. Key Responsibilities:

  • Basic Maintenance: Perform essential plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks to keep our facilities in peak condition.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Tackle daily maintenance needs and small equipment repairs with efficiency and precision.
  • General Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance tasks on equipment and machines, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Facility Upkeep: Clean windows, pavements, and exterior surfaces, and apply paint or stain as needed.
  • Carpentry: Perform basic carpentry tasks, such as building shelves and installing cabinets.
  • Miscellaneous Tasks: Take on additional installation, repair, and maintenance duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years as a maintenance technician is a plus but not required.
  • License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Skills: Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
  • Tools: Comfortable using hand and power tools.
  • Physical Ability: Able to sit, stand, kneel, lift, and climb ladders.
  • Technical Skills: Perform basic mathematical calculations and convert measurements.
  • Attributes: Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Friendly and personable.
