Our partner is seeking a Project Manager for Structural Engineering based in Bend, OR. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of structural design for various projects. This role requires a highly experienced professional engineer with a strong background in structural engineering.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage structural design projects with minimal oversight.
  • Lead and mentor engineering teams.
  • Oversee project scopes, schedules, and design budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with International Building Code and relevant design standards.
  • Utilize software tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, Risa, Enercalc, Forte, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current building practices and standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus in Structural Engineering.
  • P.E. Certification.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in the structural engineering industry.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Risa, Enercalc, Forte, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
  • Knowledge of relevant design standards and construction methods.
