RemoteIndustry: Marketing, Technology, Digital Asset Management (DAM), Information ScienceCategory: Content Management System (CMS), Tagging, Metadata Creation/Quality Assurance Position Summary:Seeking both contractors and W2 employees to fill our client project teams across a variety of client industries and SAAS. Project requirements may vary, and details regarding the type of employment and benefits offered will be provided based on the project assignment. Currently seeking three temporary workers to fulfill Image Analyst roles for an upcoming assignment with a client. There is a potential for these roles to transition into permanent positions after a 6-month period.Position Responsibilities:
  • Complete the review, approval and distribution of property and corporate photography, video, graphics and other asset types against brand and product standards determining approved uses including, but not limited to, for: web, 3rd parties, external events, and collateral.
  • Manage the lifecycle of digital assets to include tracking usage rights and flagging/managing expirations and efficiently and accurately tagging all processed assets with correct metadata.
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for improvement to aid in the overall enrichment of the metadata lifecycle including asset audits as required.
  • Provide support for large projects in the upload, review and provisioning of assets for use.
  • Regularly report to Manager on incoming workloads and potential issues to prioritize and manage work effectively, assisting in queue management best practices for image and content requests.
Requirements:
  • Personable and effective communication professionally and pleasantly while working directly with external clients, internal team members via email, correspondence, virtual meeting apps including Teams, GoTo Meeting, Zoom.
  • Ability to adapt to and fulfill unique requests from coworkers and client project requirements.
  • Ability to research and problem solve unique challenges as they may arise and provide creative, flexible solutions.
  • Flexibility within schedule to accommodate deadlines, time zone differential or client needs.
  • Experience and comfort with Microsoft Office 365: Teams, Excel, Word, including the ability to learn and adapt to client-specific system, project management applications, virtual meeting.
  • Ability to utilize the available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines using systematic or via project management methods.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality regarding proprietary information.
  • Ability to work effectively both autonomously and on virtual team; internally and client-facing.
  • 4-year degree or progress toward degree required.
