Are you ready to share your passion for tumbling with children and ignite a love for movement and fun? We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us as Tumbling Instructors In this role, you'll lead tumbling classes for children ages 18 months to 12 years, creating interactive, safe, and age-appropriate experiences that inspire confidence, creativity, and a sense of accomplishment.

What You'll Do:

• Dive into the world of tumbling as you lead engaging classes that cater to children's developmental needs and abilities.
• Use your experience teaching and leading children to create dynamic and inclusive classes that foster a positive and supportive environment.
• Utilize your knowledge of age-appropriate motor development skills and safe progression of gymnastic techniques to design classes that challenge and motivate participants.
• Organize and maintain instructional spaces, ensuring they are clean, safe, and inviting for all participants.
• Preplan class sessions to ensure each session is well-structured and tailored to the needs and interests of the children.
• Stay vigilant in identifying and addressing any hazardous or at-risk situations, prioritizing the safety and well-being of all participants.
• Motivate and inspire students, encouraging them to explore their potential and celebrate their achievements.
• Provide exceptional service to build lasting relationships with members and guests, ensuring their experience is nothing short of extraordinary.
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all tumbling equipment, creating a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.
• Act as a first responder in medical or building emergencies as outlined in our Emergency Response Plan, working collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a swift and effective response.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all classes, activities, and special events at our facility, providing valuable information and assistance to participants and guests.
• Embrace a professional image and work cooperatively with fellow staff members and members of our community.
• Attend meetings and trainings as required to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry standards.
• Be ready to tackle any other duties as assigned with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.

Most programs will be during weekday mornings or afterschool hours. Schedule will likely start at 3 to 10 hours per week.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Certifications:CPR/AED or attainment within 90 days.Relevant certification, if applicable.
Preferred experience: One (1) year experience teaching tumbling to children required
