With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we are looking for a dynamic Lead for our Contents Department to join our team.

Job Summary:
As the Lead of the Contents Department, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing the restoration and cleaning of personal property that has been damaged. Your leadership will ensure the department operates efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of care and restoration techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Contents Department, ensuring effective management of projects and staff.
Develop and implement restoration and cleaning procedures for various types of content, including furniture, electronics, and personal items.
Coordinate with the project management team to schedule and plan content restoration tasks.
Train and mentor department staff on best practices, safety protocols, and customer service excellence.
Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards.
Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring resources are available for all projects.
Liaise with customers, providing updates and ensuring their satisfaction with the restoration process.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in content restoration, cleaning, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of restoration techniques for a wide range of materials and damages.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Certification in content restoration (e.g., IICRC) is highly desirable.
