Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe UFC Gym in Lancaster, PA (inside the Park City Center Mall) Wrestling Coach is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience. The coach is responsible for the successful delivery of Group Classes to adult members (14+ yrs old). Evening and/or weekend schedules available. This is a part-time position, 2-3 hrs per week, plus personal training opportunities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


Sales Execution on Key Metrics
- Conduct Private & Small Group Training with members.
  • Assist members and encourage group involvement in private training.
Member Experience
  • Conduct safe and effective private training sessions
  • Maintain the organization and neat presentation of the fitness floor and training spaces always
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:


Knowledge, skills & abilities:

  • Multi-year experience instructing and working with multi-level students.
  • Ability to guide and educate members on all related programs and expectations.
  • Knowledge of company policies, practices and procedures, including emergency and safety procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to generate, maintain and demonstrate a friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude.
  • Extroverted/Self motivator/Customer service minded
