Summary:

We are seeking experienced line cooks who are dedicated to preparing high quality food in a fast pace environment with a positive attitude looking to join a strong team.

Responsibilities:

  • Setting up & sanitizing work stations
  • Setting up & stocking kitchen stations
  • Complete basic food prepping tasks with the ability to follow prep lists
  • Prepare menu items up to company food standards
  • Maintain appropriate levels of inventory and restock when necessary
  • Comply with all food safety regulations
  • Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures
  • Ability to work on both the hot & cold line is a plus
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude & be able to work as a team
  • Attention to detail

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • ServeSafe or Food Handlers Certification required
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
  • Reliable Transportation
*English/Spanish bilingual is a plus
*Compensation based on experience plus generous tips (average $4 tips per hour)
