Responsibilities
Estimate Repairs: Assess and estimate the costs of repairs for damaged vehicles accurately.
Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair estimates and timelines.
Parts Ordering: Coordinate with suppliers to order necessary parts for repairs within specified timelines.
Quality Assurance: Inspect repaired vehicles to ensure that all work meets quality standards and customer expectations.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of estimates, repairs, and customer interactions.
Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in estimating repairs in an automotive or related setting is preferred.
Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately assess damages and prepare comprehensive repair estimates.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage repair processes efficiently.
Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach to providing exceptional service and resolving issues.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of automotive systems and repair processes is a plus.
