Mold Polisher

As a Mold Polisher (also known as Mold Finisher, Mold Technician), you will be a crucial part of our manufacturing process. Your main responsibilities will include executing manual polishing, grinding, and finishing operations on molds, preparing mold surfaces for polishing, and employing a range of polishing tools to achieve the required surface finish. You'll also inspect molds throughout the polishing process to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards, and collaborate closely with other team members to resolve any polishing-related issues.

• Proven experience as a Mold Polisher or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Exceptional hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and proficiency in using polishing tools and equipment.
• Familiarity with different mold materials, surface finishes, and polishing methods, as well as understanding of geometric tolerances and blueprint reading.
