Leasing Specialist

As a Leasing Agent, you are the first step in creating a sense of community for current and prospective residents.

Using exceptional customer service and sales skills, you will convert property tours to leases. Consider this role as the first line of defense for the property manager. In this position, you will support the Property Manager with current and potential residents. It requires strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions.

$18 - $22 hourly

• Welcome and assist potential residents with leasing paperwork to ensure it is properly completed
• Market and lease available apartment inventory
• Address concerns from current residents about maintenance requests
• Ensure lease application paperwork is completed and organized properly
• Ensure resident file compliance
• Support the Property Manager with marketing initiatives and assist with community events

• Minimum of 6 months experience in Leasing
• Property Management software knowledge such as Yardi, OneSite, BlueMoon, or other equivalent platforms
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
• Weekend availability
• Excellent customer service skills with co-workers and residents
• Assist the Property Manager to ensure compliance with all resident files
• Assist with community events and resident retention
