Position Summary: We are looking for dynamic and motivated individual with an MBA in Finance to join our Financial Team as an Associate. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the finance & accounts function of Metals & Mining industry.
Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis and Reporting:
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Budgeting and Forecasting:
  • Participate in the budgeting process, including the preparation and analysis of budget proposals.
  • Assist in developing financial forecasts and projections.
  • Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.
• Internal Controls and Compliance:
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of internal controls and procedures.
  • Support internal and external audit processes.
• Cost Management:
  • Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
  • Support the implementation of cost management initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate with Majors in Finance / Accounting or equivalent area from a recognized institution and or Certified Financial Planner (FPA)
• 1-2 years of experience in related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
