We Hire:

Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) willing to make a difference in someone's life by providing companionship, care, and support.

We Need:

InReach needs a DSP staff for Full-Time schedule for a young male with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities located in Salisbury, NC in Rowan County. Staff will provide Community Living & Support Services with a pay rate of $19.50/hr. This position is "Paid Training" as well as "Paid Training Hours"

**Must be able to handle pets**

See below for Schedule: (some flexibility with hours)

Monday thru Friday (9am to 1pm) / Tuesday's (4:30pm to 9:30pm)

Saturday (10am to 8pm) / Sunday (12pm to 5pm)



What You'll Do:

  • Instruction and assistance in home living environments.
  • Help individual identify and acquire valued social roles.
  • Facilitate community integration.
  • Help individual develop healthy social habits.
  • Dispense medication and monitoring dosages.
  • Transport and accompany individual to and from day programs, work sites, and community activities.

All InReach applicants must have a high school diploma (or GED), a valid driver's license, and successfully pass a drug screen and background check. One to two years of experience with the I/DD population preferred.
