The Parts Counterperson sells parts to ALL available customers, over the counter, through the shop, or on the phone.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
  • Keep all bins, aisles and storage areas clean, neat and clearly labeled.
  • Be friendly, professional and efficient when working with customers and co-workers.
  • Provide the same high level of service to the other dealership departments as is given to other customers.
  • Assist with putting all freight/stock away upon arrival
  • Assist with inventory control through daily bin checks

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Professional personal appearance.
  • Must be able to pass background and drug screen check
  • Must have a valid driver's license
