Peoplelink Staffing Solutions in partnership with a prominent client in (Elgin IL,) within the manufacturing industry.We are looking for a friendly passionate person to join a great team as a Machine Operator. A charismatic person who loves to be detail orientated organized, punctual, and work in an industrial environment.Machine Operator Job Summary: Operate and monitor multiple controlled machines used in the production of automobiles.Operates A2 casting/molding machines and related equipment.
  • Pay: $17.00 DOE
    Shifts Available:
  • 3rd Shift: 10:45 pm to 7:15 am
Machine Operator Essential Responsibilities (Tasks)• Ensure the die is running properly. Gather first-off pieces following set up and deliver to quality for inspection.
• Responsible for observing and checking assigned casting/molding machine operations.
• Responsible for observing the quality of products for excessive flash, surface finish of casting and other obvious or specifically cautioned defects.
• Help other operators as needed.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by the department supervisor or manager.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma/general education degree (GED); and/or three to six months of related experience or training preferred. Proven experience as a machine operator. Experience in injection molding preferred. Ability to perform general maintenance tasks.
