WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The Digital Marketing/Media Coordinator is an entry-level position that helps facilitate the skills and learning required to become a Digital Marketing/Media Specialist. The Digital Marketing/Media Coordinator will collaborate with agency cross-functional teams to assist with the management of channel activation and engagement strategies that amplify brand awareness and grow demand. This individual supports the execution of fully integrated digital marketing strategies and solutions, including search, social, and paid media to deliver on our clients’ objectives. They also will assist with the implementation and ongoing management of paid advertising in print, digital, paid search, out-of-home, Broadcast TV, Cable TV, radio, and social media outlets. Candidates for this role must be problem-solvers and innovators who will look for ideas and solutions through analytics, technology trends, and audience insights to influence brand and digital marketing strategies.


WHAT OUR DIGITAL MARKETING / MEDIA COORDINATOR WILL DO ONCE THEY'RE HERE

  • Contributes to day-to-day support of client social media channels, including content planning, publishing, community management, paid advertising, and reporting.
  • Manages social media moderation, ensuring timely acknowledgement and resolution according to internal community management and issue resolution protocols.
  • Assists with search audits, keyword research, and content optimization to support search engine optimization projects.
  • Supports the creation of data-driven reports and insights from digital marketing campaigns.
  • Assists with digital landscape audits and competitor benchmarking across organic search and social media channels.
  • Researches emerging digital marketing trends, platform features, and best practices to apply to client strategies.
  • Acquires and maintains relevant digital marketing certifications.
  • Coordinates the scheduling, setup, and monitoring of advertising placements.
  • Works closely with agency teams to ensure timely delivery of ad creatives and assets for campaign implementation.
  • Communicates with media vendors to coordinate campaign details, resolves issues, and secures necessary documentation.
  • Develops and sends insertion orders (IOs) to media outlets.
  • Manages and updates media calendars and IOs throughout the campaign.
  • Gather specs and deadlines to build and maintain media materials.
  • Generates tracking links, creates tags, and traffics/monitors digital media buys in Campaign Manager.
  • Traffics creative assets and instructions between agencies, publishers, and digital vendors.
  • Sets up campaigns in Google Ads and other platforms.
  • Assists in monitoring and tracking campaign budgets.
  • Works closely with the accounting department on billing and invoice reconcilliation.
  • Compiles and organizes campaign performance data for analysis.
  • Assists in preparing regular reports on key performance indicators.
  • Develops, updates, and maintains vendor contact lists and collects media kits.
  • Supports senior team members with any media planning, buying, research, or presentation requests as needed.
  • Other relevant duties as assigned.


WHAT OUR DIGITAL MARKETING / MEDIA COORDINATOR WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
  • Experience in digital marketing, advertising, or public relations (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Passion for technology, paid media, and digital marketing, and data analytics
  • Ability to manage budgets and adhere to schedules
  • Strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
