Roles and Responsibilities:
Deal Evaluation and Due Diligence:
- Conduct detailed due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including financial analysis, market research, competitive landscape assessment, and risk evaluation.
- Analyze company financial statements, projections, and business plans to assess financial health, growth prospects, and investment potential.
- Prepare comprehensive due diligence reports and investment memos summarizing findings and recommendations for the investment committee.
Financial Modeling and Valuation:
